Here at Gas Training & Assessment, we strongly believe in smaller class sizes. Less students means more focused time with your trainer, better concentration, more one-to-one tuition. 

This means that if you are struggling in a particular area, you will be be able to ask for support as and when you need it – all in a friendly and relaxed learning environment.

Accreditation

Once you have completed your training, you will receive an ACS certificate – an accreditation recognised by the Gas Safe register. This allows you to register on the Gas Safe register, either via your place of work or as an individual.

Gas Training & Assessment delivers essential gas training five days per week, 50 weeks per year. Other courses are run on demand, which include New Entrants, Water and Electrical training.

Exploring Canvey

Canvey Island is a reclaimed island off the South East coast of Essex in the Thames Estuary. Separated by the mainland by a network of creeks, Canvey has been inhabited since the late Iron Age, around 2,000 years ago. 

In the early 17^th century, it was home to around 200 Dutch immigrants who sought refuge from the Duke of Alba (AKA the butcher of Flanders). You can still find two tiny Dutch cottages on the Island. 

In recent times, Canvey’s population has grown to just over 40,000. Through the Thames Gateway proposals, the Island has been earmarked for significant regeneration. 

Canvey Island has it's own seafront with a large seawall.
